GearUp2Go is pleased to announce its most recent partnership with PWD Off Road. PWD Off Road's purpose and commitment can be found within their Mission Statement: “Paving the way for persons with disabilities to enjoy off road fun! The mission of PWD Off Road is to promote opportunities and provide supports for persons with disabilities and their families to participate in safe and legal off road ATV activities.”
PWD Off Road is a non- profit organization helping persons with various disabilities to enjoy off roading through the coordination of events that provide the proper accommodations and a caring atmosphere. PWD Off Road is not restricted to persons with disabilities or families of persons with disabilities, but is open to all individuals and families that wish to promote and represent a just cause. Like many other clubs, PWD is about safe, legal riding. The difference is, they are willing to sacrifice a few miles on the trails for a few smiles from those that have a disability. The interactions PWD Off Road have and relationships they establish are more important than the miles traveled.
